A neighbor of Herman James "Bo" Seppenfield VII , who is on trial for the 2014 murder of a local little league coach, was taken into custody at the Dawson County Government Center this morning, accused of lying under oath. Wendi Lee Howard said she overheard a conversation between an elderly man and a juror on the case as she entered the courthouse just before 9 a.m. Monday. Under oath, she testified that the man told the juror, "Do me a favor, find him guilty."
