Warrants have been issued for an Atlanta man who allegedly threatened to kill a local business owner over a service dispute.

Derrick Lewis Wills, 40, has been charged with aggravated assault, possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony and terroristic threats, all felonies.

He also faces three counts of misdemeanor reckless conduct.

According to Dawson County Sheriff's Maj. Tony Wooten, Wills was unhappy with the service at a local body shop when he approached the owner Dec. 28.

"He had a friend bring him to the business where he went inside to confront the owner about how long it was taking to repair his car," Wooten said. "Mr. Wills then pulled out what is believed to have been a semi-automatic handgun, pointed it at the owner and said he was going to kill him."

Wills reportedly left the business in southern Dawson County and has not been seen since.

He was added to the sheriff's "most wanted" list on Jan. 16 and turned himself in the Jan. 22.
