‘I wouldn’t trade it for nothing.’ Jaemor Farms co-owner Jarl Echols reflects on 45 years of full-time farming

When Jarl Echols surveys the last four and a half decades, there are plenty of things he would have done differently given the chance. Choosing a different vocation isn’t among them.Echols garnered enough credits to graduate high school March 18, 1978, at age 17. The following day launched the start of his full-time farming career, though he was no stranger to logging hours on the family farm.
