On Friday, May 7, Dawsonville will hold a ribbon-cutting to officially open the newly renovated Main Street Park, complete with food trucks and activities for the whole family. 

The event will take place from 5 to 8:30 p.m. on May 7 and will include a butterfly release and special prizes for children. 

The event will also serve as a kick-off for Dawsonville’s Food Truck Fridays, which takes place every summer and offers a variety of food truck options to citizens. 

Main Street Park is located behind Dawsonville City Hall at 415 Highway 53 East, Dawsonville.
