Michael Brian Adamson, 35, died Sept. 15, 2014.
Michael was a graduate of Galen University with degrees in anthropology and archeology. For the past 10 years he has lived and worked in Belize recruiting students interested in studying abroad.
Survivors include are his mother, Mary Kay Adamson, of Atlanta; father, Michael G. Adamson of Dawsonville; brother and sister in law, Scott and Selena Adamson of Dawsonville; nieces, Ryleigh, McKinley, Blakely; various other relatives also survive.
A celebration of his life was held Sept. 21, 2014 in Dawsonville.
Bearden Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
