DEVELOPING: Authorities are seeking this suspect in a Dawsonville rape

Local law enforcement is looking for a suspect in a recent rape at a Dawsonville apartment community, according to a July 8 alert from the Dawson County Sheriff’s Office.  

Abhishek Lnu, 21, is wanted in connection with a recent rape at Dawsonville Suites in the city’s downtown area.  

He has black hair and brown eyes and is described as 5’10” and 170 lbs., the DCSO be-on-the-lookout or BOLO alert stated.  

Anybody with information is asked to contact DCSO Investigator Wright at (706) 974-1050.
