The Dawson County Sheriff's Office in conjunction with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation is currently investigating a suspicious death of a 36-year-old, according to Dawson County Sheriff Jeff Johnson. 

Johnson said he would not say that officers are investigating the death as a murder at this time but that they are looking at some suspicious circumstances. 

Johnson said the call came in around 11 a.m. this morning from a residence off Dawson Forest Road. 

The sheriff could not provide further details about the death or the circumstances at this time.
