Dawsonville Fit Body Boot Camp and Five Star NTP are hosting a 5K race in honor of Grace Sheer on Saturday, July 14 at Veterans Memorial Park. Sheer was a senior at Dawson County High School who lost her life in a car wreck earlier this year. All proceeds from the race will be donated to the Grace Sheer Scholarship Fund. The fund will provide a scholarship for one female athlete at Dawson County High School who exemplifies Grace through her work ethic, kindness and dedication to not only athletics, but also academically and with her outstanding character.
