The 12th annual Wee Books Barn Dance kicked off Saturday night at Kinsey Family Farm and raised about $12,000 for Dawson County Wee Books, a nonprofit organization that puts age-appropriate books in the hands of local children ages 0-5 each month. The program currently has more than 900 children enrolled to receive free books.
