A lane closure is planned overnight Wednesday, Aug. 29, on Browns Bridge at the Hall-Forsyth County line.
The closure is set to start at 7 p.m. and end at 6 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 30.
The installation of a temporary concrete barrier is causing the lane closure, Georgia Department of Transportation district spokeswoman Katie Strickland said.
The work is part of a $27 million project to replace the aging green bridge spanning the Chattahoochee River, which flows into Lake Lanier.
The project is set for completion in April 2020.
