North Georgia Assisted Living opens new wing

North Georgia Assisted Living and the Dawson County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting Friday, July 19, to celebrate the opening of the facility’s new wing. The event, which included remarks from people with the Dawson County Chamber of Commerce, Dawson County Board of Commissioners, and North Georgia Assisted Living, also included live music and a barbecue lunch provided by The BBQ Doctor, a special offering from Senior Solutions Management Group. The new wing has 12 rooms and will house as many as 16 new residents. The project broke ground in February of this year.
