The fourth annual Sparks in the Motorsports Park event is scheduled for this 4th of July and will be the biggest display of fireworks in town. The Atlanta Motorsports Park in western Dawson County is organizing the event next Tuesday that will be seen for miles around. Parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis and park owner Jeremy Porter said staff is recommending visitors load as many people in a car as they can safely, as well as to arrive well in advance of the 9 p.m. fireworks, to maximize space and efficiency when parking.
