The Dawson County Library will be hosting a Women's Health Day event Saturday to educate women on health issues that specifically affect them. Tons of free resources will be provided as women learn basic heart disease prevention techniques from speaker and certified health coach Susan Brown Warren, who specializes in weight loss and healing with nutrition. Attendees will also receive basic self-defense training from Lt. Russell Smith of the Dawson County Sheriff's Office and learn how to cope with anxiety and depression from Dr. Kathy Howell.
