Lakeshore Mall in Gainesville is on the auction block this week. The 49-year-old retail center off Pearl Nix Parkway is set to be auctioned at 10 a.m. Wednesday, according to Loopnet, an online commercial real estate site. The starting bid for the 490,979-square-foot mall is $1.75 million, Loopnet states.
