The northbound lane of Ga. 400 has reopened after a fatal wreck earlier this afternoon. 

Dawson County Emergency Services Director Danny Thompson confirmed that two people died in the two-vehicle wreck just south of Henry Grady Hwy. 

Thompson said that Georgia State Patrol is investigating the wreck.
