Notes: Employee drinks stored in a manner that could result in contamination of food/food contact storage. Tongs hung for use above vegetable prep sink had greasy handles and food debris on food contact surfaces of tongs. Multiple Lexan containers on shelf used to air dry and store clean and sanitized kitchenware/utensils had food debris/grease inside containers. Can opener with large build-up of metal shavings around gear and blade with build-up of food debris; clean and sanitize after use and before next use. Two-door sandwich until holding food above required cool temperature; whip topping stored in bin with toppings at sundae cooler without refrigeration. Most equipment with greasy/dirty exteriors in cook area, more frequent cleaning is needed for all equipment.  Floors throughout need a good cleaning. Back door with bent metal strip on door frame allowing gap large enough for insects/rodents to enter.

Consumer advisory missing from outside drive-thru menu for shell eggs that can be ordered undercooked. Spray bottles not labeled with chemical they contain. Front line employee wearing jewelry that is not permitted. Container for storage of recycled grease set on the ground instead of a nonabsorbent surface such as concrete or asphalt.
