Danielle Yarbrough, human resources director for Dawson County Government, was presented with her certification of Certified Human Resources Manager during the Georgia Local Government Personnel Association’s spring conference June 12-15 in Augusta. To achieve the certification, Yarbrough completed 12 classes and a learning project under the supervision of a Carl Vinson Institute of Government faculty member.
