Local officials surveyed several kitchens in southeastern Dawson County as part of the area’s most recent food service inspections. 

The Dawson County Environmental Health Department conducted routine inspections on the following food service establishments between Feb. 13-17, 2023. 

Restaurants are given a letter grade that coincides with a percentile: “A” (90-100), “B” (80-89), “C” (70-79), “U” (69 and below).
