Rising seventh and eighth grade girls who are interested in trying out for Dawson County softball will have the chance in a couple of weeks. Tryouts for the softball team will be from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. on July 27 and 28 at the Dawson County Middle School softball field. Players who would like to try out for the team must have a physical form either on file at DCMS or Dawson County Junior High or with them at the time of the tryout.
