The Dawson County High School varsity wrestling team hosted a tri-match with East Hall and a very strong Oconee County team Nov. 25.

Coach Arron Haynes' team earned a split. The Tigers fell to Oconee by a 54-18 score before defeating East Hall by a comfortable score of 60-15.

Also winning 8-6 was Ty Williams in a very exciting tussle.

Justin Evans wrestled a great match with his Oconee County foe, only losing 6-5, in what could be one of the best matches of the afternoon.
