Surrounded by family and friends on May 1, senior and Dawson County soccer forward Ruthie Pittman became the second Lady Tiger to commit to attend and play soccer at Brenau University in just over two weeks. Pittman was part of an offensive line that pummeled opponents all season as she racked up 6 goals on 29 shots, but her true contribution to the team’s success came on her 23 corner kicks (more than the rest of the team combined) which she turned into 11 assists during the season.
