Dawson County High School baseball player Banks Hickman threw an immaculate inning — where a pitcher strikes out all three batters faced with nine consecutive strikes — to finish off an abbreviated perfect game against Johnson on Thursday, March 3.
Hickman would total six strikeouts over three innings as the Tigers won 19-0 over the Knights. The game was called after the third inning.
“I’m just glad I could help the team win,” Hickman said. “I was just throwing fastballs [at them] all game.”
