Willis M. Thrasher, 86, of Dawsonville, died Oct. 21, 2014.

Survivors include his wife, Patty Thrasher of Dawsonville; son and daughter-in-law, Jack and Jeannie Thrasher of Hayesville, N.C.; stepbrother, William H. Releford of Manhattan, Kan.; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 5 p.m. Oct. 26 in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel. Interment was held at 1:30 p.m. Oct. 27 in the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
