Wilburn Collier, 82, of Cumming, died April 16, 2013.

He was a veteran of the United States Navy and a member of the Cumming VFW.

He was a member of Grace Chapel Church of Christ in Cumming.

Wilburn loved to farm, fish and play golf.

He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.

Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Mildred Collier of Cumming; children, Gary and Nancy Collier, Christy and Jeff Martin, all of Dawsonville, Sheree and Wayne Garrison of Jefferson; sister, Joann Poe of Jasper, Ala.; grandchildren, Jesse, Elizabeth, Lauren, Kendal; great-grandchildren, Cole, Sydney and Jake; various other relatives also survive.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

McDonald and Son Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming is in charge of the arrangements.
