Ugonda Mae Wooten, 63, of Cumming, died April 8, 2015.

Her father, Clarence Wooten; mother, Hildred Sneed; brothers, Scottie Wooten and Kenneth Wooten, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her husband, Steve Smith of Cumming; children, Sabrina Gazaway, Sean and Melissa Gazaway, all of Cumming; brothers and sisters-in-law, Tony and Lisa Wooten of Calhoun, Doug Sneed of Murphy, N.C.; sister and brothers-in-law, Barbara and Darrell Smith of Murphy, N.C.; grandchildren, Heather, Whitney, Randall, Tiffany and Joshua; great-grandchildren, Noah, Zoey and Claire; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. April 11 in the chapel of Ingra m Funeral Home. Interment followed in White Chapel Memorial Gardens.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
