Tyler Kenneth Seay, 16, of Dawsonville, died June 7, 2011.

Born June 2, 1995, Tyler was a lifelong resident of Dawson County.

He attended both Dawson County and Lumpkin County schools and in the fall would have entered eleventh grade.

He was a talented guitarist who enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

Tyler was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Dahlonega Ward.

Survivors include his mother, Christina Wagner of Dahlonega; father, Kenneth Seay of Dawsonville; sisters, Lauren Seay, Abigail Seay; brothers, Cameron Seay, Taven Pruitt, Travis Pruett; grandparents, Donald and Brenda Seay of Dawsonville, Mark and Linda Thomas of Byron; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. June 10 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Dahlonega Ward with the Bishop Robert Weischedel officiating. Interment followed in Dawsonville Memorial Gardens.

Bearden Funeral Home of Dawsonville was in charge of the arrangements.
