Thelma W. "Tee" Hayes, formerly of Dawsonville, died Dec. 15, 2011.

Her husband, Prince Lamar Hayes, preceded her in death.

The body was cremated.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Jan. 7 at St. Paul United Methodist Church on Washington Street in Gainesville.

Cremation Society of Georgia in Atlanta is in charge of the arrangements.
