Taylor Nichole Adkins, 16, of Dawsonville, died Dec. 10, 2018.

Survivors include her parents, John Robert Adkins and Alexia Martin; grandparents, Diana and Keith Shepard, Rick and Paula Martin, and Jan and David Fanning; various other relatives also survive.

Visitation was held from 12 to 5 p.m. Dec. 15 at McDonald and Son Funeral Home. Funeral services were held at 5 p.m. in the chapel of McDonald and Son Funeral Home immediately following visitation.

McDonald and Son Funeral Home of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
