Susan Jeanette Bennett Godfrey, 54, of Birmingham, Ala., formerly of Forsyth County, died Aug. 27, 2010.

Her father, Bobby Ray Bennett; and a brother, Bobby Dwight Bennett, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her mother, Merrell Bennett of Cumming; brother and sister-in-law, Duane and Lynn Bennett of Dawsonville; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 4 p.m. Sept. 5 in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Larmon Barron officiating. Interment followed in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
