Sheriff’s Deputy Mr. Spencer Allen Englett, 29, of Gainesville, died April 4, 2019.

Spencer was a Deputy Sheriff with the Forsyth County, Georgia Sheriff’s Department.

He has been with Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office since May 1, 2017. Spencer was also a deputy with both Baldwin and Oconee Counties.

Spencer is predeceased in death by his grandmother Linda Lunsford.

Spencer is survived by his loving wife Ashley Englett of Gainesville; mother, Robin Sibley (Ronald) of Eatonton; sister and brother-in-law Lauren Boyer (Robert) of Sparta; grandfather, Robert Lunsford of Eatonton; and nephew, Ryder Boyer; various other relatives also survive.

Visitation was held from 2 to 5 p.m. and from 6 to 9 p.m. April 8 at McDonald and Son Funeral Home.

Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. April 9 at Winds of Peace Fellowship Church in Dawsonville. Interment followed at Baldwin Memorial Gardens in Milledgeville.
