Shirley Evans Patterson, 72, of Dawsonville, died March 21, 2019. Born Dec. 10, 1946 in Forsyth County to the late Roscoe and Minnie Evans, she lived in Dawson County most of her life. Shirley did live a few years in Pickens County and was formerly employed by Lexington Components in Jasper. She attended Juno Baptist Church and was also preceded in death by her husband, Billy T. Patterson; and brothers, James Evans, and Vernie Evans.
