Sean Edward Vollrath, 19, of Cumming, died April 15, 2014.

He was an avid sports fan and writer, who devoted his passion and energy to all sports.

He was on the wrestling team for four years at Forsyth Central High School and was currently a sophomore at the University of Georgia.

Survivors include his parents, Steven and Kimberly Vollrath of Cumming; brother, Matthew Vollrath of Cumming; sister, Jenna Vollrath of Cumming; grandmother, Janet Vollrath; aunt, Robin Kolvek; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. April 19 in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel.

In lieu of flowers, donations were requested made to The Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
