Scotty Eugene Gayton, 24, of Forsyth County, died Dec. 5, 2012.

His father, Talmadge "T-Bolt" Gayton; grandparents, Georgia Hause, Roy Sams, Tommy Fouts; great-grandparents, Ralph and Hazel House and Bud Nalley, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his mother, Lynn Gayton and Ricky Tanner; son, Phillip Eugene Gayton; sister, Cheyenne Tanner; brother, Dillon and Carly Gayton; grandparents, Janet Nalley, Ralph Hause, Martha Sams; great-grandmother, Mildred Nalley; aunts and uncles, Scott and Tina Pass, David and Stacey Marshall, Linda Tanner, John and Vicki Gayton, Carolyn Gayton; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Dec. 10 in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Troy Williams and Ricky Fields officiating. The internment followed at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
