Robert Victor "R.V." Cranford, 80, of Dawsonville, died June 23, 2015.
R.V. was a loving brother; he worked for many years in hauling pulpwood and at the sawmill.
Afterwards he did a lot of farming, growing vegetables for friends and his family.
His parents, Henry and Lillie Cranford; brothers, James Samuel Cranford and Mack Cranford; sisters, Maggie Lee Cranford and Mary Free; brother and sister-in-law, Henry Lee and Ruthie Cranford; sister and brother-in-law, Daisy and Manuel Evans; and brothers-in-law, Dale Moore and J.B. Evans, preceded him in death.
Survivors include his sisters, Nellie Evans and Susie Moore; sister and brother-in-law, Kate and Leonard Evans; brother-in-law, Robert Free; various other relatives also survive.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. June 25 in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with the Revs. Kenny Sutton and Harold Evans officiating. Interment followed in Concord Baptist Church Cemetery.
Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
