Perry O'Neal Sheets, 55, of Cumming, died Aug. 1, 2013.

Perry was a loving husband, father, son and grandfather.

His father, Thomas O'Neal Sheets, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his loving wife, Nellie Sue Sheets of Cumming; children, Mack Sheets of Cumming, Casey Sheets of Dahlonega; mother, JoAnn Sargeant of Buford; grandchildren, Peyton Lane Sheets and Tristen Wade Sheets; sisters, Pam Sheets of Buford and Phyllis Silvers of Cumming; brother, Richard Sheets of Fairmont; aunts, Joan Swafford of Dahlonega, Joyce Tatum of Norcross and Mary Adams of Buford; various other relatives also survive.

The family received friends from 1 to 9 p.m. Aug. 4 at the funeral home.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
