Peggy Joyce Holtzclaw, 73, of Cumming, died Aug. 27, 2013.

She was a loving mother and friend to all and had a strong Christian faith.

Her parents, V.E. "Jack" and Lynette Cochran; and sister, Carolyn Cochran, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her children, Tony and Karla Holtzclaw of Cumming, Tanya and Todd Fowler of Dawsonville; sister, Jacqueline Binnette of Dacula; grandchildren, Justin and Jordan Holtzclaw and Emily Martin; great-grandchildren, Cory and Avery Martin, Bailey Holtzclaw; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Aug. 30 in the McDonald and Son Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Danny Bennett officiating. Interment followed at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens.

McDonald and Son Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
