Pauline "Polly" Harris Arrington, 92, of Forsyth County, died March 2, 2013.
She was born March 30, 1920.
She was a member of Salem Baptist Church on Hwy. 306 in Forsyth County.
Her husband, Carl Arrington; son, Charles Butch Arrington; mother and father, Gartha and William Harris; brother, Jerry Harris; sister, Eunice Owens and life-friend, Buck Southers, preceded her in death.
Survivors include her daughter-in-law and caretaker, Phyllis Arrington of Cumming; grandchildren, Anita Youngblood of Dahlonega, James and Anna Arrington of Dawsonville, Steve Arrington of Cumming; three great-grandchildren, Andrew Arrington and Paige Arrington, both of Dawsonville, SPC Tyler and Jade Youngblood of Fort Polk, La.; nephews and spouses, Michael and Linda Harris of Duluth, David and Robin Harris of Cumming, Jimmy and Alice Owens of Nashville, Tenn.; various other relatives also survive.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. March 4 at Salem Baptist Church in Gainesville with the Revs. David Harris, Keith Martin and Shad Faulkner officiating.
Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
