Othalee "Lee" Sosebee, 81, of Alpharetta, died Oct. 11, 2014.

Lee was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church.

He ran Lee Sosebee Service Station in Atlanta for 10 years and in Alpharetta for 23 years.

Lee was a loving father, husband, grandfather and friend.

He loved to work splitting wood and working in the yard.

His parents, Clifford and Beulah Sosebee; and brother, James Billy Sosebee, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Shirley Sosebee; children, Sharon "Dennis" Henderson, Mike "Liz" Sosebee; grandchildren, April and Brad Cochran, Aaron and Davita Sosebee, Zachery Lee Sosebee, Kelsey Irene Sosebee; great-grandchildren, Mason Lee Sosebee, Case Aaron Sosebee; sister, Betty Jo (Ed) Hohenberger; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Oct. 13 at Hopewell Baptist Church of Alpharetta with the Revs. Lee Gaddis, Bud Sutton and Alan Sutton officiating. Interment followed at Green Lawn Cemetery.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
