Mildred Ophelia Castleberry, 92, of Cumming, died March 29, 2014.

She was the oldest member of Harmony Baptist Church.

Her husband, Warren G. Castleberry; parents, Ray and Victoria Hemphill; sisters, Margaret Bennett and Wilma Turner; and brother, Dr. Roger Hemphill, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her children and their spouses; Phil and Martha Castleberry, Wanda and Carl Garner, Donny and Beth Castleberry, Earl and Rita Castleberry, Cecil and Gail Castleberry, Edna and the Rev. Danny Orr, Patti Wilkie, Tommy Castleberry, all of Cumming, Linda and Mikel Evans of Gainesville, Bud and Susan Castleberry of Roswell; 14 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. March 31 in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Vernie Worley, Robert Martin and Gerald Blackburn officiating. Interment followed in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
