Michael Patrick Cooley, 33, of Gainesville, died Oct. 19, 2011.

Michael loved hockey and University of Michigan Wolverine football.

Survivors include his wife, Cindy Crowe; children, Caytlyn and Christopher Cooley; father, Patrick Cooley; grandmother, Betty Bellew; aunt and uncle, Karen Kacy Cooley-Utech and John Utech; various other relatives also survive.

Memorial services were held at 11 a.m. Oct. 22 in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, donations were requested made to the family for a college fund for the children.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
