Michael Edwin Tallant, 37, of Cumming, died May 1, 2013.

Survivors include his father, George and Sue Tallant of Dawsonville; mother, JoAnne Wood of Gainesville; brothers, Bobby Tallant, Tommy Tallant, both of Dawsonville, Deanne Tallant Isbell of Auburn; uncles and aunts, Betty and Lamar Wheeler, Janice Tallant, Gene McBrayer, John and Elvina Turner, Jack and Charlene Turner, Ruby and Junior Roper, all of Cumming, Sue and Jack Heard of Cartecay; stepsister, Debbie Sams of Dawsonville; stepbrother, Scott Pass of Dawsonville; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. May 3 in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with the Revs. Eddie Cain and Randy Roper officiating. Interment followed at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
