Matthew Joshua Daniels, 19, of Blairsville, died June 2, 2011.

Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Donna and Thomas Perry of Dahlonega; dad, Jeff Daniels of Dawsonville; father, Jason Bollenbacher of Calhoun; son, Kamren Lestat Jack Daniels of Blairsville; fiancé, Rose Payne of Blairsville; brothers, Grady Perry of Peoria, Ill., Patrick Perry of Camp Pendleton, Calif., Brad Daniels, Michael Perry, both of Dahlonega, Steve Wehner Jr. of Summerville; grandparents, Janey Queen of Douglasville, Junior Daniels, Jim and Joyce Allison, all of Dawsonville, Patricia Mitchell of Blue Ridge, Roger and Joyce Perry of Mulberry, Fla.; great-grandmothers, Martha Guthrie of Cumming, Mary Dodd of Alpharetta; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 4 p.m. June 6 at Ingram Funeral Home with the Revs. Dennis Daniels, Ronald Barrett and Ricky Mincey officiating. Interment followed in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
