Martha Wallace Perkins, 69, of Freehome, died July 15, 2017.

Martha was a member of New Harmony Baptist Church.

She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and truly worshipped and adored her grandsons.

Martha loved people and enjoyed life.

Her parents, Ralph Harold and Myrtie Stephens Wallace; and sister, Mary Porter, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her husband, David Perkins of Freehome; daughters and son-in-law, Stacy D. Bearden of Atlanta, Brandi P. and Brad Cox of Dawsonville; grandsons, Dakkon Doust of Alpharetta, Trevor Cox of Dawsonville; brother and sister-in-law, James H. and JoAnn Wallace of Cumming; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Tom and Taryn Perkins, Tim and Mechell Perkins, all of Freehome, Chris and Jodi Porter of Cumming; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. July 19 in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Joey Wallace, Johnny Purcell and Donnie Nix officiating. Interment followed in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until the hour of service July 19.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming is in charge of the arrangements.
