Marie Sneed, 93, of Cumming, died Feb. 11, 2011.

She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church.

Her husband, Carl Sneed; and son-in-law, James Gunter, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her daughter, Carolyn Gunter of Cumming; grandchildren, David and Natalie Gunter of Dawsonville, Becky and Virgil Manning of Cumming; great-grandchildren, Grant and Genna Gunter, Riley and Joey Manning; sisters, Lois Yarbrough of Cumming, Irene Yarbrough of Ft. Worth, Texas; brothers and sister-in-law, Kenneth and Gail Major of Waleska, Hurchel Major of Cumming; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Feb. 13 at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Ricky Byrd, Bud Sutton and Jonathan Kirby officiating. Interment followed in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
