Marcia Dulworth, 64, of Franklin, formerly of Dawsonville, died May 27, 2012.

Born Jan. 7, 1948, in Marion, Ind. to the late Shelby and Estaleene Melton, she lived in the Wells County area for more than 20 years, where she was employed by Franklin Electric for 21 years. Mrs. Dulworth lived in Dawson County for 15 years before moving to Franklin in 2012. She was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church where she taught in the preschool.

Her husband, Jerry L. Dulworth; and a brother, Max Melton, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Jerry E. and Ronda Dulworth of Franklin, Todd and Krissy Dulworth of South Bend, Ind., Mark and Barbara Dulworth of Sidney, Ohio; brother and sisters-in-law, Melvin and Susan Melton of Pinedale, Ariz., Sandy Melton of Bluffton, Ind.; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. May 31 at Bearden Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. David Gravitt officiating. Interment followed in the Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations were requested made to the Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund, 100 Lumpkin Campground Road South, Dawsonville, GA 30534.

Bearden Funeral Home of Dawsonville was in charge of the arrangements.
