Loy "Wayne" Chumley, 73, of Jasper, died May 2, 2016.

Survivors include his wife, Joyce Chumley of Jasper; stepdaughters, Dixie Dean of Jasper and Dawn Brown of Savannah; sisters and brother-in-law, Joan and Dean Cantrell of Marble Hill, Brenda and Don Jetter of Villa Rica; three step-grandchildren; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. May 6 from the chapel of Cagle Funeral Home with the Revs. Richie Gibbs and Larry Holden officiating. Interment followed in Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery. Jerry Brooks, Randall Brooks, Greg Chumley, Johnny Chumbley, Johnny Wigington and Dean Cantrell served as pallbearers.

The family accepted flowers or donations to Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery.

Cagle Funeral Home of Jasper was in charge of the arrangements.
