Loy C. Rouse, 97, of Dawsonville, died Jan. 24, 2018. Born Nov. 19, 1920 in Dawson County to the late Peter W. and Lula Rouse, he lived a number of years in Atlanta and Douglas County before returning to Dawson County in 2001. Mr. Rouse was a U. S. Army veteran of WWII where he served in the European Theater.
