Kyle Curl, 28, of Dawsonville, died Oct. 1, 2014.

Born and raised in Dawsonville, Mr. Curl was a graduate of Dawson County High School and had worked at Classic Custom Shutters for the past nine years.

Kyle was a tractor enthusiast who enjoyed racing motocross and attending tractor and car shows.

His father, Keith Curl; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Gene Cobb; and an uncle, Mike Cobb, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife, Katie Curl of Dawsonville; daughter, Kylie Curl; mother, Jennie Hamilton of Dahlonega; brother and sister-in-law, Kyser and Brooklyn Hamilton of Talking Rock; grandparents, Joe and Sue Curl of Alabama; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Elwyn Tapp of Dawsonville; sister-in-law, Crista Turner of Cumming; uncle and aunt, Alan and Shannon Cobb of Cumming; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Oct. 5 in the Bearden Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Lee Gaddis and Joshua Sudderth officiating. Interment followed in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens.

Bearden Funeral Home of Dawsonville was in charge of the arrangements.
