Kelly L. Glaze, 50, of Dawsonville died Sept. 1, 2014.

Born April 20, 1964 in Garden City, Kansas, he had lived in Dawson County for the past 16 years having moved from Forsyth County.

He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth L. Glaze.

Survivors include his wife of 19 years, Karen Glaze of Dawsonville; children, Robert and Tina Glaze of Gainesville, Kristopher Glaze of Dawsonville, Kelly Laine Glaze of Dawsonville, Kevin Glaze of Dawsonville, Lexus Glaze of Dawsonville; mother, Vivian Glaze of Dawsonville; grandchildren, Raven Glaze, Trinity Glaze; sister, Sherrie Judd of Kennesaw; brothers, Jacky Glaze of Cumming, Randy Glaze of Dawsonville, Tracy Glaze of Dawsonville; numerous other relatives also survive.

Memorial services were held at 3 p.m. Sept. 7 at South Hall Baptist Church.

Bearden Funeral Home in Dawsonville was in charge of the arrangements.
