Kathleen Timms Rogers, 93, died May 11, 2016.
She was born Aug. 30, 1922.
Her husband, Tom Watson Rogers; her brother and sister-in-law, Neal and Vera Timms; and her parents, Judge and Fanny Timms, preceded her in death.
She was a lifelong resident of the Cumming and Alpharetta areas.
She was a member of New Harmony Baptist Church and for many years was active in the Alpharetta Eastern Star.
Her favorite pastimes were working with her flowers, cooking for her family and watching the Braves.
Survivors include her two children and their spouses, Ronnie and Donna Rogers of Bethlehem and Renee and Derrell Brooks of Dawsonville; grandchildren and spouses, Derek and Kathy Brooks of Cumming, Dusty and Julie Brooks of Dawsonville, Crystal and Matt Ciccarone of Winder, Kim and Greg Dejno of Bishop; various other relatives also survive.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. May 14 in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Johnny Purcell officiating. Interment followed in Greenlawn Cemetery in Roswell.
Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
